Christina had brought her car into Cecil's body shop for repairs. But she had refused to pay the bill, and this upset Cecil. When she came in and complained, Cecil read her the riot act and decided it was time for her comeuppance. He made her submit to a spanking, and then had his shop foreman tie her up to teach her a further lesson. After she had been tied down to the car Cecil did a little rectal exploring with his fingers.
