| Evil scientists Dr. Barkker and his perverse colleague Dr. Zak
have undertaken a series of experiments to test an addictive sex
drug using unwilling coeds to serve as Guinea Pigs for their
twisted endeavor. Dr Barkker has now relocated to South America
to escape scrutiny by his peers, while Dr. Zak continues his own
experiments which he video tapes for Dr. Barkker’s perusal. The
latest tape from Dr. Zak contains footage of the continuing
captivity of nubile blonde coed Holly. Strung from the ceiling
by a stiff obedience collar, her arms are cinched tightly behind
her back as Dr. Zak administers an ample dose of pain and
pleasure to her squirming body. While Dr. Barkker reviews
Holly’s ordeal in the office, his deranged understudy Igor
unpacks a crate from Dr. Zak which contains a tightly bound new
blonde coed test subject named Kim. Forced to endure a rough
